Since I am not going for the skill capping title - this does nothing for me.

I understand that you define it as a rumor, but I hear lots of rumors and this surely isn't one of them. I admit I feel that the caps are low... but of all the things they would do, this seems very unlikely.

Maybe this will encourage me to polish off legendary skill hunter, but I doubt it. Probably just vanquish all weekend. I bet they'll have a good event next weekend when I'm at the leeds festy.

double greens....still means that some of the bosses that I want to get a green from still wont drop it.....but now I have double the chance (0x2=0...oh well)....capped all my skills during the last double xp elite weekend which was like only a few months ago....(april??)....so no need to again.

I seriously doubt that rumor holds any weight. ANet can stoop pretty low but for those of us who have maxed out LB/SS, for then to rip that title away would be a new low, even for ANet. They would have to bump me down in 3 tracks. LB/SS and they would be taking away all my many leather bound books. I really love those books.

a SS/LB weekend would be most useful at the moment. Not just for the maxing titles, but mostly for LB for DoA. I do hope they have one in 2 weeks, and I'm grateful it's not this weekend as I'm not going to be ingame.

Most people would just have 1 or 2 characters with max LB and Ursan for previous Ursan DoA teams. With the need for versatility again, people will need a better choice of characters to fit into new team builds, not just the warrior they had for Ursan. A little boost to the LB point farming would make a lot of difference and allow people to quickly get another character or 2 to rank 7 LB and make them more suited for DoA teams.

They should also stick a lower cap on the amount of favor the world can have (I'd suggest 10080 minutes, ie. 1 week, to keep some signifigance to maxing titles for favor.) and announce that cap to stop any negative effects that it may have on UW or FoW and ecto/shard prices. If everyone is aware of the favor cap then there should be no need for QQing over it.

The Sad part about double green drop rate.

When 4X as many people are farming Greens even with a 2X drop rate you actually end up with 50% overall chance of getting greens. It is estimated but closer than you think.

Meh. Unless you're working on a Survivor title, this really doesn't do much since XP doesn't do anything but gain you another skill point.

What they need is a double GOLD weekend!! Double the gold from quests & missions, and double the rate of Gold drops!

Gold helps more than the XP, especially once you've reach lvl20.

It doesnt matter how many people farm, the drop rate is a fixed value.
